Wrote portion of appellate brief on a civil procedure issue of first impression for a civil rights case in labor and employment law. Plaintiffs sued NYC and NYS municipalities for wrongful termination after allegations of tax fraud for faith-based deductions arose. The case was argued in front of the Second Circuit in 2014.
