Over the past two decades, I've had the rewarding journey of shaping the digital experience design landscape. My career has spanned roles as diverse as developer, UX/UI designer, researcher, educator, and leader, culminating in my current roles as a consultant, manager and entrepreneur.Having spearheaded agile transformations and collaborated across the spectrum – from nimble agency teams to expansive product organizations – I’ve cultivated a unique ability to blend innovative solutions with practical outcomes. One of my proudest achievements was scaling a design team from scratch to 18 dynamic professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.Today, my passion lies in constructing and leading design teams that thrive on mutual respect and shared goals.
