Application Support Engineer Lead
CurrentProject and Ticket Management• Monitor ticket queue and report details to others• Reassign tickets to other departments as identified• Hold daily stand ups to discuss ticket• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a quick ticket resolution• Create workflows with other teams to ensure an efficient and correct response for our partner• Detect trends in issues before they are escalated• Discuss updates and changes with the partner • Ensure the team hits established SLAs each month• Identify ways to best communicate updates to the partnerPeople Management • Coach and mentor each member on my team• Identify their professional goal(s) and help them achieve the goal• Uncover reasons why an individual is struggling with performance, and help them get back on track• Create personal growth and development plans based on professional goals• Distributes tickets to onshore and offshore teammates• Cultivate personal relationships with each person• Mitigate negative relationships and interactions• Deescalate irate colleagues• Facilitate interviews and hire new teammates
