Project Coordinator
Current• Acting in engineering while reporting to Engineering Director as well as to the CEO.• Responsible for coordinating all the projects (computer vision and factory automation) throughout all the steps: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure (an average of 12 projects per year).• Responsible for assuring information and demands related to all the departments such as Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Quality and Commercial.• Focal point between the company and the client, building the relationship and the monitoring the projects straightly with clients and developers, analyzing and mitigating the risks.• Managing and dealing with conflicts, analyzing stakeholders, controlling appointments and schedules.• Monitoring CapEx of projects and assuring information flow among stakeholders.• Management and development of suppliers.• Meeting with the board, presenting KPIs and other relevant measurements.• Implementation of good practices in project management, obtaining improvements and field changes such as: In 2017, 14 projects were managed reaching 8,745 hours predicted to accomplish the task with 64% of the projects having met the deadline and the cost estimate. The total amount of hours which were effectively spent on the projects was 11,574 – Stage of implementation of indicators and company culture change. In 2018, during the first 7 months, 10 projects were managed reaching 3,435 hours predicted to accomplish the task with 70% of the projects meeting the deadline and the cost estimate, achieving the goals of expenses reduction during the execution. The total amount of hours which were effectively spent on the projects was 3,169, approximately 360 hours less than the estimate – Stage of continuous improvement.
