I’m a former Senior Enlisted Leader with 20 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, now stepping into my role as Associate Growth Manager at Rise8. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.At the 563d Electronic Warfare Squadron, also known as Wavelength, I led the delivery of cutting-edge electronic warfare (EW) software solutions to empower warfighters. This experience gave me deep insight into the challenges and opportunities of both the EW domain and the broader tech landscape. My experience leading agile, DevSecOps-driven teams taught me the power of collaboration, iteration, and continuous improvement, skills I’m excited to apply in my new role.At Rise8, I’m working with an incredible team that’s dedicated to transforming the way software is delivered.
