Experienced Medtech CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, and board member with a proven track record over 25 years. The focus of my career in healthcare has been in the commercialization and implementation of medical devices and advanced technologies with over 20 years of robotics product development and commercialization experience (da Vinci Surgical System, Renaissance Guidance System, Mazor X Guidance System, Harmony SHR exoskeleton, Dynamis Robotic Surgical System.) My organizational experience includes well-established multinational companies as well as start-ups. I focus on organizational development through implementing structure and process that positions organizations for both immediate and future growth. In my opinion, the path to results is always based on People, Process, and Product (and in that order of priority). Throughout my career I have also held positions at LEM Surgical, Harmonic Bionics, Medtronic, Mazor Robotics, Tampa General Hospital, Intuitive Surgical, and Johnson & Johnson. My roles & responsibilities at these organizations have included positions in executive management, marketing, product management, operations, finance, and sales & sales training. Before entering the civilian sector in 1998, I served as an officer in the U.S. Army.I hold a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of South Florida, an MBA from Western New England University, and a Bachelor's of Science in Systems Engineering/Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. When I am not working, you’ll find me cheering on my daughters at a lacrosse or soccer field somewhere in the US.
