He practiced in Company Law, Securities Law and Competition Law matters.He helped clients set up companies, ensured adherence to compliances, drafted and vetted shareholders agreements. His core competence lies in understanding promoters’ philosophy and business potential to eventually structure fund raising. He has managed compliance of companies in across sectors. He advised professionals on various SEBI Regulations & Provisions including SR Rights, DVRs, QIPs, SME Issues, Promoters Lock-in period, Buyback, Open Offer pursuant to SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. He has handled AIF compliances of two SEBI Registered Alternative Investment Funds for a client, which included reviewing quarterly reports, ensuring compliance of SEBI Regulations and the Master Circular.He has mentored aspiring Company Secretaries & Chartered Accountants at various educational institutions in India.
