He is a seasoned securities law and governance professional with over a decade of experience in corporate law practiceAs a practicing professional his specialization includes drafting air tight constitution of companies and ensuring the companies are strongly governed. He practiced in Company Law, Securities Law and Competition Law matters.He helped clients set up companies, ensured adherence to compliances, drafted and vetted shareholders agreements.
