As an Industry Specialist at COINS, I work with new prospects as well as existing clients to assist them in using technology to solve business problems. Being that COINS is a global company, I have been given the opportunity to learn processes internationally and bring those ideas back to the United States. While COINS specializes in the financial side of Construction, my background in Construction Operations and Construction Technology gives me a unique perspective that combines Finance, Operations, and Technology, saving the client money and allowing them to reach decisions faster.

Business Development for the Construction vertical.IT and business consulting for both local and national construction clients

• Responsible for the IT operations of an international highway contractor with six major offices, nearly one hundred different job sites, and hundreds of users• Facilitated the selection, implementation, training and operation of various enterprise software applications• Implemented Viewpoint Construction Software across six companies with 1500 employees in four months (two months ahead of schedule) and without any Viewpoint on site training. • Developed and implemented online-on demand training for company policies and procedures focused around the use of Viewpoint Construction Software. Later Viewpoint came to look at what SEMA had developed when Viewpoint was looking to develop online training.• Developed an accounting conversion application to convert the data from within Timberline to Viewpoint during the implementation process. The processes in this application were later incorporated into Viewpoint’s own conversion utility• Built a private cloud environment to allow all jobsites to access all authorized applications and data from any location with nothing more than an internet connection. This was fully implements by December of 2001.• Implemented Construction Imaging Systems for electronic content management• Built a system to integrate every copier and scanner in the organization, in every office, and every job site, into both Viewpoint and Construction Imaging Systems• Designed and built a SharePoint Intranet for online policies and procedures, as well as numerous document libraries for different departments.• Oversaw helpdesk operations.
