I started collaborating with CIPES – Centre for Research in Higher Education Policies in 2004 on a European project looking at the use of advanced quantitative methods to evaluate the performance of public sector research. The project ended in 2006 when I subsequently joined CIPES as a senior researcher. Since then I have been involved in three research.
