Data Compliance - Ensure that all the platinum profiles captured and communicated in the daily huddle have been uploaded in Scout and conform to the standards of platinum which is, Profile pic with 95% data. (100% compliance)Module Compliance - Ensure that all the new establishments discovered are updated correctly per module and that all the statuses of the establishments are correctly updated and reflecting in the MIS. (100% compliance)Reporting - Update the MIS with the correct numbers daily without fail and publish the Daily Huddle report to the larger team. (100% compliance)Daily Huddle:a) To ensure that the daily huddle takes place every day, as set out in the PWOCGM and that every member participates in the same.b) To motivate each individual by highlighting the positive aspects of the previous day's effort. It could be anything - converting a tough platinum, great profile or photo quality, outstanding reception at a clinic, motivating stories, extra mile taken by a member.c) To review the following daily for each member i) Total visits ii) Total meetings iii) Total Platinum iv) Total NI v) Total WIP vi) Total Others vii) Daily Efficiency viii) Profile Quality ix) Scout Quality x) Photo QualityPrepare and send the Daily Huddle report to the respective Content Zonal Manager
