Ensure each trainee is properly checked in with required ID and has needed information to take the scheduled courses or clinic services. Administrative support, including weekly deposits and file management, answering phones and general office duties. Performed Pulmonary Function Testing, Audio Testing, and Respirator Fit Testing.

As the Network Administrator for Video Insight (a digital security software company that designs, sells, and supports custom software) I was responsible for maintaining the up-time and reliability of all servers and desktops on the network. I managed over 50 servers and 100 desktops/laptops, SonicWall, Barracuda Firewall, and various switches and hubs. As one of the Lead Engineers I supported various customer’s environments including Microsoft Domains and Workgroups. I also helped provide the resources and the training necessary to excel in this dynamic technical environment and provide backup for all escalations and high priority accounts for the Help Desk.
