• Responsible for day-to-day operations of a 2-product fungicide and insecticide chemical plant; rotating 24/7 on-call support. Oversee daily plant performance to meet production targets and KPIs, minimizing downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production upsets, consulting technical teams as needed to determine root cause and correction
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production and reduce operator risk and fatigue
• Lead Management of Changes (MOCs), Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs), and incident investigations
• Manage campaign changes and plant turnarounds, ensuring timely and successful completion
• Provide operations perspective in capital project designs and Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs)

US

• Responsibilities:
• Steward artificial lift optimization activities in all XTO business units (initially non-Permian; added Permian Sep. 2020) Gas lift (2,000 wells, 180 mbd, 845 mmcfd), ESP (1,550 wells, 73 mbd, 180 mmcfd), rod pump.
• Support business unit operations engineering and artificial lift teams in coordinating and monitoring pilots, as well as scale-out for successful pilots
• Collaborate with IT and research & development teams to develop and pilot solutions for production optimization, troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Point of contact with vendors for third-party digital solutions, vetting readily available solutions as they become available
• Keep an open line of communication with business units, artificial lift SMEs, and R&D on available internal and external solutionsKey Accomplishments:

US

• Rotated to ExxonMobil's Santa Ynez Unit (SYU), shadowing operations, and gaining hands-on experiences regarding productions, drilling, completions, construction, maintenance, etc. Key Outcomes:
• Assisted operators, mechanics, maintenance, and I&E with daily/regular tasks and SYU start-up projects, as well as contractors with their construction projects, while learning the details and reasons behind the tasks.
• Boosted worker morale through engagement and pushing them to teach me about the systems they are so passionate about.
• Aided an offshore operator in implementing a change to prevent an issue from requiring immediate repair during off-hours on the unmanned platform. Mitigated both operator off-duty work, and potential safety hazards as.

Managed environmental projects, working in concert with state regulatory agencies. Collaborated with consultants to deploy bioremediation injection and install a waste water treatment facility in the Piceance basin. Developed recommendations to support management’s course of action.
