    After the success of the Sanctuary Cove project, I established the Australian arm of US listed real estate company, Kennedy Wilson. In 1993, I conducted the largest ever commercial sale for National Australia Bank, which entailed 15 properties for $750m at today's value. The portfolio was sold in 6 weeks at 10% above the valuation. Building on this success, I also sold portfolios for Industrial Equity and CSR.

    After selling my interests in PRD Nationwide, I stayed on as the Marketing Director of the highly regarded Sanctuary Cove project. After PRD's services were no longer required, I was appointed primary marketing agent; working directly for the developer. In my capacity, I engaged American company Kennedy Wilson to manage the sale of all remaining stock at Sanctuary Cove. The 40 properties were valued in excess of $80m at today's value and were sold in six weeks through a marketing program that was the first of its kind. This is still the largest ever single residential sale held in Australia.
