My three decades of experience across the industry led to the establishment of Corpacquire, an acquisition and divestment company that offered a unique approach. Corpacquire maintained a global network of partners and clients, which were accessed to ensure that whether buying or selling real estate, its clients were reaching the highest number of people and properties; ensuring they achieved the best possible outcome. Corpacquire led successful campaigns for the likes of Lendlease, Morgan Stanley, 151 property (formally Valad Property Group), Reed Property Group and a number of private Australian and Asian companies.

After building the Kennedy Wilson business, I decided to establish my own acquisition and divestment management company, ADM Group. The company saw much success; selling over $500m worth of commercial assets for clients such as Westpac, Colonial, NAB, Challenger, Paladin, James Fielding and ISPT. During this time, I also developed a highly successful acquisition program that helped to build over $750m in portfolios for MCS (formally Centro), Cromwell, ISPT and Paladin.

After the success of the Sanctuary Cove project, I established the Australian arm of US listed real estate company, Kennedy Wilson. In 1993, I conducted the largest ever commercial sale for National Australia Bank, which entailed 15 properties for $750m at today's value. The portfolio was sold in 6 weeks at 10% above the valuation. Building on this success, I also sold portfolios for Industrial Equity and CSR.

After selling my interests in PRD Nationwide, I stayed on as the Marketing Director of the highly regarded Sanctuary Cove project. After PRD's services were no longer required, I was appointed primary marketing agent; working directly for the developer. In my capacity, I engaged American company Kennedy Wilson to manage the sale of all remaining stock at Sanctuary Cove. The 40 properties were valued in excess of $80m at today's value and were sold in six weeks through a marketing program that was the first of its kind. This is still the largest ever single residential sale held in Australia.
