I am semi-retired.I have mainly been working at Año Nuevo State Park interpreting in the nature preserve, facilitating public access, and giving tours of the Elephant Seal rookery.I also spent a year doing fire interpretation at the ocean entrance of Big Basin State Park after 90% of the park was destroyed by the CZU Lightning Complex fire.[Hey silicon valley comrades: Remember how we used to talk about working some low pressure job like Trader Joe's. Silicon Valley was good to me when I needed the money to support a family. However, I always felt like a stranger in a strange land.
