Director, Innovation + Pharmaceutical Recruiting
CurrentRecently, I’ve gotten the feedback a few times “I can tell you really care”. And this sums up how we work here at Germer International. We care. When someone accepts an offer that will impact their life, the hiring managers life, the patient’s lives who their work is supporting, we go home and celebrate! How lucky are we to be a part of this process? We get to know our clients, their culture, their needs, benefits, interview process, etc. By doing this, we become their go-to resource for finding them great matches. Anywhere from their C-Suite to their Senior Analyst roles. Each company has their own personality, and we are dedicated to understanding that. We also really care about the job seekers who we represent. We get to know them, their skills, personalities, desires, family situations and anything else that might be impacted by a job change. We share feedback help them prepare, make suggestions to their resumes, and aren’t offended if they decide that the position isn’t a good fit. I’ve been doing this for over 15 years, and finally realize that this isn’t the norm for recruiters to act this way. Many people assume we’re driven by money, or to just “make the sale”. But that’s just not the case. I have everything I want in life. I do this job truly because it’s challenging and fun, I meet new and interesting people every day and it’s a thrill to present an offer that will rock someone’s world. Maybe that’s what sets us apart. We know, if we do good work, that we can feel good about, the success will come naturally. The way we care (and perform) is what has helped us maintain clients for over 10 years! We’re so proud of this big reputation we’ve built for a small company. We love this work, and we hope to build more strong and meaningful relationships with people in our industry.
