As a technical consultant at Macquarie Telecom, I work with a team that’s passionate about our customers.I am personally responsible for managing the technical relationship with our customers in the new business space. We provide the complete suite of telecommunications products to deliver what our customers want and need for their business to perform. My role is to make sure that we are addressing all technical requirements and make sure to tailor our solutions to best fit our customers.Macquarie Telecom is Australia’s only multi-carrier solution provider for business. I worked across all the key wholesale accounts and all Uecomm's channel partners. My role in wholesale was a national role looking after customers all over Australia, this involved travelling interstate.Helped secure large contracts with our icon customers worth $2M+. Technical lead responsible for over $45M in new contract value and helping maintain more than $20M revenue over the two years in wholesale.
