• Prepare weekly collections list of delinquents • Contact and communicate effectively with delinquents by phone or email to negotiate or implement debt recovery plans• Maintain records of all communication and recovery plans• Referring non-collectible clients to the legal department for either court proceedings or seizure of loan collateral• Posting client payments to update their account in a timely manner

• Review loan requests and assess clients financial status as well as evaluate their creditworthiness and the risks involved• Monitor loan application process and relaying hindrances to clients• Communicate with clients on decision to either approve or deny loan request
