Responsible for setting strategic plan of business unit and functional units. Strong emphasis on Health & Safety and the ongoing cultural change. Management of discretionary budgets and departmental capital expenditure.Managed both the Auckland and Christchurch Extrusions plants to introduce standardisation across the manufacturing units.

Cordination of production line changeovers and maintenence planning. Responsible for development of process standard operating procedures and departmental K.P.I.
