I am responsible for managing SCA’s global operations and guiding the Company’s strategic direction. SCA provides upstream consultancy and training to the global oil and gas industry. SCA’s primary services include geoscience and engineering consulting, business advisory services, upstream projects and studies, training services, staffing services and executive recruitment. Other services include carbon capture utilization and storage geological consulting, A&D advisory, 3rd party & peer review, and mentoring. Our business focuses on consulting and recruitment of oil and gas-related professionals and training that is current, timely, effectively formatted, and cost-efficient.

I am responsible for maintaining the highest technical quality standards for recruitment, consultancy and training services at SCA while expanding in unconventional resources, data analytics, energy transition. Additionally, I participate in the direction, administration, and coordination of SCA’s operations, and bid/manage technical projects. I expanded SCA's client base to include engineers as SCA’s primary liaison to the engineering community through SPE and SWE.

As a Chevron Reservoir Management (RM) Consultant, I provided leadership to drive the movement of Resources to Reserves to Production. I consulted with RM practitioners in the business units on RM processes such as Uncertainty Management Planning and Organizational Capability. I facilitated RM Framework reviews and I led RM Peer Assists. I was a core team member of the Uncertainty and Risk Management Community of Practice. I coordinated the development and deployment of RM standards to improve effectiveness and efficiency of RM activity, and to expand RM organizational capability at Chevron. I coordinate RM Strategic Staffing, and I represent RM in functional benchmarking and competency development projects such as Pathways – Growing Capability, designed for mid-career petro-technical professionals. I also facilitated the meetings of the RM Functional Leadership Team and the RM Steering Team.
