- Leading programming as a Coach on the Dick's House of Sport 25,000 sq ft outdoor field and track and guiding our athletes to have fun and participate safely in camps, clinics, classes, and open-play - Working within the Community Team to bring clinics, camps, classes, afterschool programming, adult activities, etc. to the Field - Providing teammate training and coaching while leading the Field Team to deliver on the store vision and experience, and ensuring teammates are driving the DICK’S common purpose and delivering hassle-free, engaging, athlete-first service - Overseeing and managing the needs of Field events (maintaining equipment, field-programming set-up and tear down) - Making sure our experience includes product experts who provide consultative advice to our athletes, demonstrating excellent product and lifestyle knowledge - Building relationships with local schools, community organizations, sports leagues, home school organizations, industry experts, vendors, etc. for partnerships, field events, and new programming opportunities

Responsible for organizing staff duties, creating and adhering to camp schedule, facilitating daily activities, addressing camp and audience on microphone, filing paperwork, managing facility relationships, training new instructors, and solving unforeseen problems at camp. Founder and Director of Company C, the competitive dance company of Studio C Dance Academy.

Solely responsible for the training, conditioning, and coaching of all dance team members. In charge of all organizational aspects such as purchasing of uniforms, fundraisers, parent meetings, competitions, travel, and team budget. Individually instructed classes of students ranging in ages of three years to over eighteen in styles including jazz, hip hop, ballet, tap, and tumbling. Booked private lessons with students interested in more intensive technical training.Highlights:• Selected by owner Angela Floyd to represent studio in “Live A Little,” WBIR’s televised series in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee.

Taught dance to children who typically would not have had the opportunity at a more competitive school, and developed the patience to work with individuals on a pace slower than expected of older or more experienced dancers. Choreography/Competition Routine Achievements:• 1st Place Middle School Jazz Division, Smoky Mountain Christmas Classic, 2006. This was the first competition for the dance team program at CBMS.

Organized and Started the Dance Team at Hardin Valley Academy before and during the school's 1st year.
