Hi! My name is Caitlin. I've been working in the construction industry for 10 years and have ventured in the management and administrative fields for the last 3 years. I'm looking to expand my reach as a virtual assistant and make life easier for the people who need me most. Back in 2019, as a Maintenance and Construction Manager, I remember having to handle all of the "computer stuff" and still be in the field working with my guys. I spent a lot of time trying to juggle both roles. Then in 2021, I took on another role as a Crew Leader for a construction company and because of my skills set, that quickly morphed into also filling an Administrative Assistant role. Doing both can be hard work, and my goal as a virtual assistant is to make tasks like that easier for people out there "doing it all!" I believe all business owners and managers have tasks that they themselves must do, but there's a large portion of "back-end" work and remedial tasks that they don't need to commit themselves to doing when they could be focusing on the actual work they love to do.
