Led Kids’ Nutrition strategy and branding model to reach a new cohort and drive incremental net revenue for the PepsiCo nutrition business globally. Built new Quaker Kids subrand, and developed visual identity, product portfolio, innovation pipeline, and marketing communications ecosystem for 2018/2019 launch in China, North America, and Western Europe.

Developed Affordable Nutrition strategy for expanding PepsiCo’s nutrition footprint to reach lower income consumers in developing markets, with emphasis on Nigeria and Indonesia. Completed consumer and market landscape analysis, identified business model approach, developed branding strategy, and initial innovation pipeline.

Managed the $265mm Glucerna diabetes nutrition brand globally, and drove the brands expansion to direct to consumer marketing, with 24% growth during tenure. Developed and launched Diabetes management mobile application and website to drive expanded usage and compliance, leading to 35% growth in Asian pilot markets, supported with strong influencer engagement and social media integration.

Managed the $300mm Lay's Kettle Cooked brand, leading short and long term brand strategy, activation, innovation, campaign development and media planning, driving 33% growth during tenure on the business.

Led Shopper Marketing strategy and activation for the Drug Channel, representing annual retail sales of $340mm. Partnered with key retailer marketing teams and executed co-branded programming to include TV, Radio, Digital, Mobile and Social Media, driving double digit growth for PepsiCo within the channel.

Led innovation projects for Frito-Lay's expansion into the natural channel/natural section.

Managed the integration of the newly acquired brand into the Hormel Foods portfolio, and developed dual brand positioning strategy for the Hormel and Valley Fresh Chicken brands. Managed P&L, strategic planning and campaign development and execution.

Managed the Stagg Chili brand across brand strategy, P&L ownership, innovation, strategic club channel execution, packaging overhaul, and leadership of $8mm annual media budget.
