I am fortunate (and appreciative) to have been involved with Information Technology - Business solutions for over 30 years. My past career and current responsibilities reflect a consistent work ethic pattern that demonstrates the ability to handle business requirements, discover "the unchartered opportunities", and exploit both new & old technologies. This ethic has lead to the generation of optimum business revenue (in the form of new profit, cost savings and fulfillment of accurate compliance). My goal is from the customer's perspective; that is, ROI is the #1 goal and IT is to be a beneficial service that allows that goal to be obtained. Enterprise Content Management… Real-time - Transactional applications and Web development are some of the areas which I have an established track record. These solutions and goals enabled the functional business to exploit these systems (on their own, or, with minimal/manageable support) to cut costs and improve financial gains to their business. "Cutting-edge" and "Legacy" systems are no strangers to me and I feel it is necessary to have (and maintain) this to provide objective decisions. I have worked on virtually every operating system, have a knowledge of multiple languages, hardware and software systems and protocols. In addition, I have a significant investment and exposure to various forms of lifecycle, problem solving, and implementation models. My experience in understanding the "invest" versus "maintain" technologies along with the ability to translate technical 'hype' into an actual functional solution/discussion I believe is a noteworthy attribute.
