• Hands on experience in design and execution of Cleanroom and HVAC in pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Hospitals and Food industries.• Calculations like Psychrometric calculations, room data sheets, heating / cooling load, fan static, pump head, insulation thickness, ventilation, duct sizing, damper, CAV,VAV sizing• Preparation of detail design such as Air Flow Drawings, control logics HVAC Zoning drawings, Pressurization drawings• Chilled water, Hot water manifold selections and schematics preparation as per ISHRAE and ASHRAE standards• Preparation of technical data sheets, infill and ex-fill calculations• Coordination with other stakeholders like clients, architects, project management consultants, contractors and other consultants• Ensuring the design is as per relevant codes and standards.• Prepare and review of tender documents• AHU, motor, blower and coil selections• Approving of vendor’s shop drawings, technical submittals
