Assist individuals in reaching goals of health, fitness, or athletic endeavors through body weight and easy to use equipment without fancy gyms. Use of outdoor space is encouraged and utilized as many individuals need to get outdoors when possible. I also place a strong emphasis on form and core strength in order to be functional first.

Instruct group bootcamp classes for 15-36 participants through a challenging series of cardio and strength work over the course of a 6-8 week period. We progressively increase intensity and workload week to week. Individuals are encouraged to challenge themselves by striving to perfect form and complete vigorous exercises as possible. While all exercises are modifiable, this class is not recommended for beginners to fitness.

Assist individuals and families to find the best fit for their needs in buying or selling a home. Create strong networks between people, neighborhoods and local businesses, thereby strengthening a sense of belonging and community. Provide guidance and foster confidence during the home buying and selling process.
