Susan G. Komen Puget Sound was founded by local volunteers in 1993. Through the community’s generosity, Komen Puget Sound has given more than $33 million to fund breast cancer screenings, patient support, and medical research to find a cure, helping tens of thousands of local, low-income women receive services critical to early detection and survival. As the communications manager, I was responsible for all marketing and communications including web, digital, press, and social media.

SAMBICA is a non-profit youth summer camp and conference facility. Located on the shores of Lake Sammamish, SAMBICA has been serving up "fun on the lake" since 1919. As the marketing, communications, and IT director, I was responsible for the overall marketing and fundraising efforts of the organization. During nearly 9 years leading the marketing, fundraising, and creative teams I oversaw the development of new digital marketing including enhanced websites and robust social media channels. I helped the organization raise millions of dollars for capital and infrastructure improvements, site operations, and most importantly camper scholarships.

Genie Industries (a TEREX company) is dedicated to manufacturing equipment that helps build the world's infrastructure. Today Genie supplies mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) including man-lifts, stick and articulated booms, scissor lifts, and telehandlers. Their distinctive bright blue equipment can be seen on construction sites and building projects around the globe, but it all began with the original material lift that operated on compressed air and seemed to customers very much like a genie!

GES Exposition Services - Pacific NW Division is a full-service trade show and meeting contractor. While at GES I was responsible for managing the exhibitor services team and the kit administrator. I trained customer service coordinators to work on the show floor providing exhibitors and meeting participants with everything from electricity to booth carpet and booth furnishings.

Connex International is a teleconferencing and web conferencing company. As the marketing coordinator, I was responsible for all marketing and communications including website, advertising, collateral, and technical manuals.

CNL Corporate Properties (CCP) is a subdivision of the CNL Group an Orlando-based real estate development firm. CCP focuses on developing commercial real estate (office buildings, warehouses, and large-scale, multi-use developments. As the marketing coordinator, I was responsible for all marketing and communications including collateral development, advertising, media relations, and branding.
