I'm an Exercise Science graduate student at East Stroudsburg University, PA. I have previous experience of 6 years in the field of retail, and customer service. When i worked in customer service I learned to become driven to satisfy customers. Some of the skills that I have obtained are patience, attentiveness, time management, positivity, and a great base of communication.I have recently interned as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Wilkes University in PA. This opportunity has been my first experience working within a fitness facility. In my short time here, I was given the opportunity to be in charge of programming workouts for the Women's Golf team. I have learned proper warm-up techniques, programming for different athletes in their respected sports, and to mold young athletes into showing their true potential. I'm an easy-going person that loves to exercise, and play sports. I played baseball for 10 years. My love for fitness came in 2010 and I have never looked back. To explain my character traits, I would say I am loyal, respectful, courageous, and I hold a high standard of self-integrity. I'm an extremely hard worker and I truly believe in doing whatever it takes to get the job done. From my early experiences in working, I have found a passion for helping others, and I find complete joy in that. I have just recently graduated with an Exercise Science degree from King's College, PA. I have also attended Luzerne County Community College and have graduated with an Associate's degree in Exercise Science. I attended Wyoming Valley West High School, and graduated in 2011. In July of 2016 I obtained a Personal Training Certification (CPT) from the ISSA, have about 4 months of personal training experience.Upon Graduation, I am looking to explore new opportunities and get to work.
