I began my career managing multiple key accounts for a tier 1 supplier in the aerospace industry. This role was a hybrid of both engineering and business development in which I was the primary point of contact for customers and internal staff for all engineering, manufacturing and commercial initiatives. Here I linked engineering principles with practical experience and built a foundation in strategic management and teamwork. To further build leadership skills and gain experience in operations, I began a new role in a large automotive supplier in 2016. Here, I supported the production management team by supervising daily operations and managing a unionized workforce. In this role I built on teamwork skills as part of management where I was directly responsible for leading production staff. I was also able to learn many of the nuances related to manufacturing operations to compliment my previous product development experience.In August of 2018 I began my MBA full-time. Having gained many hard and soft skills and have been a variety of situations throughout my career, this was an ideal time to start a new chapter. As I always seek to diversify experience and skills, I chose to specialize my MBA in Financial Management while keeping a focus on strategy. In early 2019 I was fortunate in starting part-time at Green Rise Capital supporting an acquisition of a private company and taking public via RTO.After completing an MBA in 2019, I returned to Schaeffler Aerospace to manage the Engineering & Sales team. In this capacity I lead a team of engineers to focus on strategic growth and product development with both new and existing customers and applications.
