Setting the strategic direction to ensure the required governance and assurance framework is in place to deliver in accordance to the KCAD worldwide standards and delivering excellence in equipment performance, maximising availability and preventing major accident hazards from developing.Driving continuous improvement by ensuring equipment failures are investigated and project after action reviews capture and embed lessons learned into the maintenance or management system. Ensure maintenance systems meet KCAD equipment strategy requirements including regulatory requirements.Manage and oversee any contractors, subcontractors and consultants involved in change or on-going activities, to ensure work is delivered according to plan and budget and is delivered safely.Set budget for the department and seek to maximize value to KCA Deutag at all times through effective budget control.The role covers project management, technical integrity and asset management in geographical areas including UK, Norway, Canada, Angola, Azerbaijan and Sakhalin.
