As visionary leader of the Learning Resource Center, I am responsible for the daily general operations and management of the Nursing Skills Lab. Responsible for coordination and compliance with OSHA, the University Office of Environmental Health and Safety for appropriate regulations and audits in the LRC. Over 7 years' experience supporting simulation priorities and goals in accordance with the SON, CHHS and University mission while ensuring best standards of practice are followed. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with creative interpersonal approach to integrating culturally competent low and high-fidelity human patient simulators into the course curriculum. BLS CPR instructor certified with simulation teaching workload, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
