Service Activation Engineer
Current- Attend, contribute to and manage service activation calls with vendors and customers
- Configure and secure Customer Equipment aligned to Expereo standards
- Assist vendors in troubleshooting and fixing potential issues in line with applicable standards and SLAs
- Participate in workshops with internal and external parties to improve the Expereo service quality
- Provide inputs to our Service Delivery Management team on process or system improvements
- Document and discuss challenges and issues with the Supplier Relation Management
