Service Activation Engineer
Current• Attend, contribute to and manage service activation calls with vendors and customers• Configure and secure Customer Equipment aligned to Expereo standards• Assist vendors in troubleshooting and fixing potential issues in line with applicable standards and SLAs• Participate in workshops with internal and external parties to improve the Expereo service quality• Provide inputs to our Service Delivery Management team on process or system improvements• Document and discuss challenges and issues with the Supplier Relation Management• Document tests conducted during activation into the Expereo CRM system• Update Expereo’s other monitoring and management systems• Support Service Delivery to successfully handover services to customers in a timely manner.
