My background includes a wide range of experience in working with those most in need of quality care, including the fields of home health, hospice, nursing home care and mental health. As a social worker, I seamlessly connect those I serve with available resources. As a marketer, I have a proven track record of increasing census and representing the companies for whom I've worked with the utmost professionalism and accountability. As a nonprofit founder and director, I have fostered the growth of an organization through strategic planning and capacity building. As a consultant, I personally planned and implemented civil and civic dialogue panels throughout the Mahoning Valley. I specialize in care planning, budgeting effectively, event coordination, resource optimization, strategic collaboration, relationship building, and comprehensive planning.
