As a woman in business at Indiana University I aim to lead, work hard, and be empathetic towards others. Leadership: Every project needs a leader. I love to create a vision, organize projects, and encourage teams to collaborate toward a common goal. In high school, I was elected Vice President of the Student Council. I was able to lead our class, plan engaging events, and promote the events. Hardworking: I always strive to achieve the academic goals I set for myself and I have received recognition for my efforts. In high school, I was selected by the business department to be inducted into the National Technical Honor Society. I learned that hard work pays off as I earned straight A's Sophomore through Senior year. Empathetic: Giving back to my community has played a huge role in my life. In highschool, I was selected to be the Administrative Assistant for my SOS (service over self) class. I was able to plan, organize, and attend countless service projects. Giving back is incredibly fulfilling and I believe all organizations should take part in community service. I am majoring in Marketing & Professional Sales and hope to build upon my current skill set at Kelley.
