Committed, focused, good-natured, talkative, and always with a lot of ideas. In 2019, I started on Cookpad as a Community Manager and I collaborated to start the Portugal community from scratch. I was able to put several ideas into practice and many of them were used by other communities around the world.Previously, I worked with market research and planning. I deal with different clients like real estate, schools, fashion, and so on. My job was to understand the client universe, to put together a concise presentation about the scenario, and everything that directly influenced the business to analyze and take insights to pass on to advertising agencies and customer strategy through survey responses.For nearly 10 years I was in the financial market: brokerage and class association. Always in communication and marketing, promoting events and developing strategies and customer loyalty. And there at the very beginning of my career, I worked with toys and the internet.
