As a Technology PAM, I aligned Solution Integrator (SI) Partner and OEM Partner (Dell/EMC) priorities to drive revenue growth via distribution channel sales

Build complex server and storage solutions for Mid-Market customers. Solve IT problems and help drive business initiatives using a combination of hardware, software, and services. Educate customers and sales reps on new technologies and Dell product lines.

Working with our distribution partner, Ingram Micro, to help drive Dell sales out of Ingram. Responsibilities include training Ingram sales reps on Dell products and services, interacting with resellers that are partnered with Ingram, acting as a liaison between Dell and Ingram Micro to ensure the Ingram reps have everything they need to effectively position Dell products.

Support Account Managers by providing technical knowledge on Dell server and storage products. Build end-to-end solutions for Dell SMB customers and assist them in solving IT problems using Dell products and services.

Manage and grow account sets consisting of Dell SMB customer that spend > $50k annually. Position Dell products and services, provide technical assistance, and maintain accounts and credit lines.
