Managed both small- and large-scale cross-functional projects, including information system implementations, system audits, department merger, and vendor rationalization. •Directed cross-functional, technology project; implemented integrated case management, document management, and records management systems. Project completed on schedule, within budget, and with minimal productivity loss at cut-over. Efficiencies gained resulted in a savings of $300,000 in staffing costs in the first 18 months and in vendor discounts exceeding $700,000.•Developed and implemented a comprehensive, two-year change management strategy to merge and consolidate three independent legal staff functions. Process resulted in integration of electronic and paper records, information systems, processes and facilities leading to cost savings and increased efficiency and productivity.
