• Delivered technical consulting design and implementation for small to large scale infrastructure projects to meet or exceed customers’ requirements.

• Provided Project Leadership to teammates for system deployment. Tasks included the maintaining of 300 plus server inventory and tracking of server assets throughout the organization for billing purposes.

Provided second level Server Support to the customers and Desktop Team members at Saint Thomas Hospital and Baptist Hospital. Project Leader for multiple projects included the supervision and leadership of a major Roll-out of workstations to the Hospital. As project leader I made sure the deployment was on schedule as well as assisted with the successful.

Provided first level Desktop Support for customers within the Hospital. As the ZEN Works Administrator set standards for desktops and application deployment. Tasks included but not limited to ordering of equipment, installation and setup of workstations.
