For Full Spectrum Laser I work as a Software Engineer currently assigned to the marketing team. My job is to oversee and develop the custom e-commerce system residing at http://www.fslaser.comThe e-commerce system at http://www.fslaser.com was built entirely by myself and another designer at FSLaser. The first day it was launched it recorded sales exceeding that of the previous website. The e-commerce system boasts advanced analytic tracking, customer retargeting, address verification, advanced error handling, and it also generates leads for the sales team when a customer intends to purchase an item but does not. This e-commerce system also has deep integration with the companies ERP System. Orders are sent to the correct fulfillment center and customer information is stored to ensure purchases are recorded for warranty purposes.

As a Programming Analyst for Diamond Resorts International I created unique and creative Front End Interfaces that utilize the Interactive Intelligence Call Center Technology (i3). These Front End Interfaces took advantage of advanced Javascript and Web Hooks provided by the i3 system; upon certain events (Inbound Call/Outbound Call) the Front End would pop-up to allow interaction with the user.

My responsibilities included interfacing with a team of Designers and Front End Developers to develop Custom Wordpress Plugins and Websites. Once a design was approved by the client I went to work laying the base of the Plugin and Website. This included skeleton HTML, Interfacing with third-party solutions and services (Expedia, Checkfront, Social Media, ETC), and custom hooks for Wordpress.

At Timberlake Technologies I worked as a Technical Architect. This position included research, planning and deployment of solutions involving technology. I was also in close contact with our customers to learn about their needs and any issues with our products they may have.I oversaw and handled the deployment of multiple servers nationwide, I also had a hand in their configuration. I hand tailored the configuration of the servers to be scalable to our products. I was responsible for their reliability, security, and stability.My primary role was working as the head of development for our product Sec-Ops and our online Security Training Platform, "Guard Training Institute". I oversaw the development and rollout of the database schema, I programmed a majority of the products themselves and oversaw third-party programmers work as well. I also worked along side designers to form a implementable responsive design.

As a Technical Care Representative my primary task was to assist customers with both software and hardware issues remotely. I would troubleshoot and diagnose a customers issue using a variety of tools including but not limited too: Remote Assistance, ESD Discharge, and basic software/hardware guidance. When the issue has been narrowed down to software or hardware I would either set them up for service or fix the issue remotely.A secondary task was to design, build, deploy, and maintain a Computer Part Ordering database between numerous call centers nationwide. I build the database using C# and Sqlite and integrated it with numerous online vendors to create an semi-autonomous ordering system. This system is still in use today.A part-time task I was assigned was to repair or salvage laptops, tablets, desktops, and all-in-one computers that arrived at our center. I used numerous methods to troubleshoot motherboard, cpu, and wiring issues; Then I resolved them by soldering wires or replacing components.
