Lee was the coordinator of over 60 employees responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the Mcclure River Coal Prep Plant. While in this position, Lee’s team was recognized for their outstanding performance. The team maintained a 97% operational efficiency and consistently met their performance quotas. Lee’s time at the McClure River Plant exposed him to the reliability concerns that plagued the mineral processing industry and prompted him to innovate and create the CTI-X7®Standard Performance.

While serving as the Quality Control Foreman, Lee coordinated daily production and product quality. Lee also implemented improvements to their operation’s maintenance support team.

Lee coordinated mine installations and assisted the design team with the installation of the McClure River Mine site. He was responsible for the layout of the electrical sub-stations, mine slope, and mine shaft. The experienced gave Lee the opportunity to learn and develop as an innovator and leader.
