    Lee was the coordinator of over 60 employees responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the Mcclure River Coal Prep Plant. While in this position, Lee’s team was recognized for their outstanding performance. The team maintained a 97% operational efficiency and consistently met their performance quotas. Lee’s time at the McClure River Plant exposed him to the reliability concerns that plagued the mineral processing industry and prompted him to innovate and create the CTI-X7®Standard Performance.
