Developed an IVR solution for an internal office with voice control based on Asterisk and Google Speech API;5. A CRM integration gateway (call center automation) for an external customer with payment aggregators has been developed;6. Launched an e-commerce product management system for an external customer SCA and Danone;7. Launched a system for automatically collecting information about the product line of e-commerce on external trading platforms (marketplaces) for an external customer Danone.
