As a Chief People Officer, I've helped early to late stage startups create human-centered organizations that scale and drive business outcomes. Currently I am the CPO at Zum (www.ridezum.com). Before this, I had the privilege to lead the People, Talent and Workplace functions at amazing companies like Intercom, Affirm, Flipboard and Say Media. I was the first global head of people at all 4 startups, so in addition to helping scale the company, I helped to build the People Function and set the initial People strategy. In all cases aggressive headcount and revenue growth were front and center. I’ve built people teams from 5 team members to 40 and from 40 team members to 80. From a headcount perspective, I have built recruiting functions that have scaled headcount from 65 to 400 global employees, from 100 to 500 global employees and from 500 to 1000 global employees.
