Previously he held the position of First Vice President Investments in the Ft. Lauderdale office of Marcus & Millichap since January of 2013 and also held the position of Director in the National Office and Industrial Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap. Mr. Everett has completed transactions with a total value of more than $650,000,000, In December 2004, Mr. Everett earned and was awarded the distinguished and prestigious designation of SIOR, by the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors. Active in the local community and not-for-profit sector, he is a current member of the board of directors for NAIOP South Florida Chapter and Co-founder and executive committee member of the real estate group ACRES and a frequent moderator and industry panelist.
