I am responsible for planning, developing and designing sustainable (technical and practical) solutions for new and existing buildings/developments/organisations. This may include using design tools such as thermal, energy and daylight simulation software and Building Information Models (BIM). Furthermore, as a graduate level engineer I develop sustainable design options for systems such as energy, water, transport and heating or cooling, and present the best options to clients in a clear and concise format.

Arc is UNSW’s student organisation, a company with an annual turnover of $10 million. The duties I performed in this role included: Chairing Board Meetings, acting as the official spokesperson of Arc, meeting with UNSW Chancellery members, representing Arc on University Committees, attending Student Representative Council, Student Development Committee, Postgraduate Council and Board Subcommittee meetings and overseeing the operations of the Board of Directors and the company more broadly

Originally hired for summer vacation position I worked on compiling Green Star credits and submissions for a number of commercial and educational buildings. Within the residential sector I worked on modelling thermal loads within Accurate Sustainability and creating sustainability strategies for BASIX certificates.

TSF Engineering is primarily focused on the design and installation of large scale Tri-Generation Systems in Australia. The role required me to help the design engineer with the modelling and creation of the Tri-generation systems, Some of the jobs I was apart of Include: Melbourne Airport, Central Park Sydney and RPA hospital Sydney
