We implemented a unique Customer Center, which greatly improved service levels.I feel a great sense of pride for each and every person who contributed to our efforts throughout the restructuring timeline and, while executing the reassignment or replacement of 80% of our staff, we systematically increased every single quarter of y-o-y sales.
