Complete State and Ownership transfers of fleet vehicles for various companies across the United States. Organizational and customer service skills were key aspects to being a successful member of this team. Daily tasks include working Service Requests from fleet managers or customers, responding to customer questions/inquiries, receiving, reviewing and sending original documentation to vendors to move the transfer forward and providing fleets with updates and paying vendor bills. Ownership transfers also involved creating and updating Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis to keep the hundreds of transactions up to date.

Taking incoming calls from Bankers within Wells Fargo across the United States, providing expertise with questions or procedures pertaining to Demand Deposit accounts. Trained into several different departments during my career including Legal, Second level support, and legal documentation review. These opportunities have given me stellar experience with reviewing legal documents and advising whether the document is sufficient enough for use and meets all Wells criteria.
