Senior Program Associate
CurrentDuties: •Prepare customized training and orientation schedules•Maintain training, resource, and reference materials by topic, product, and/or program•Oversee the planning, coordination and organization of CL’s participation in industry events, conferences, workshops, and trainings•Help present, organize, and track all Learning Collaboratives•Track upcoming conferences for both HRSA and Non HRSA Presentations, identifying opportunities to increase CL’s visibility and impact, and pulling in CF where appropriate•Coordinate all aspects of CL’s exhibit programs •Handle logistics, planning, and agenda management for all internal staff and Board meetings•Brainstorm strategies for growth, positive change, and improvement, including new products or services and enhancements to current offerings based on client feedback, research, and participation in internal discussions.• Develop and implement internship program once plan/budget/timeline is decided upon, under the direction of the COO, including sourcing of interns, coordination of relevant interviews, •Provide active leadership to the internship program (staff and interns) through supervision, consultation, training and support. •Maintain and update internship program information to support internal and external requirements.Implement, Track, and Analyze Program and Project Success•Together with senior staff, develop and implement program tracking opportunities •Monitor assigned programs and projects on an ongoing basis•Produce a final report with hours worked and revenue earned per hour for each project and program•Coordinate business development activities for specific business lines •Identify opportunities to innovate and continuously improve on processes, procedures, and policies •Liaison with Board members •Prepare monthly AMEX and expense reimbursement requests •Track, review and ensure completion of annual Performance Pro reviews for all staff.
