I led teams to help deliver Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter platforms for both personal and commercial lines. I was responsible for setting up the program, staffing the teams where needed, negotiating with the business on scope and delivery roadmaps, and ensuring delivery to the business.

Greater Atlanta Area

Tasked with transforming Coca-Cola’s vending operations for North America into a profitable growth business by deploying a set of standardized business processes, managing a program of technology and business process deployments, and creating the metrics and controls to sustain the new processes. The centerpiece of this initiative is the deployment of an intelligent vending solution allowing Coca-Cola to service vending equipment when needed instead of using outdated and unprofitable processes.

Macao

Assisted the executive management team of Galaxy Entertainment Group with managing the construction handover of the new $2B USD resort complex built in Macau, China. The assignment consisted of managing construction project schedules and plan dates, following up on issues with the handover of the building to the business operation teams, and providing project management support to key business groups with the newly established PMO.

Las Vegas, Nevada Area

Tasked with the mission of organizing a formal PMO for the Las Vegas office which lacked formal process and program management. My tenure included building an organization that helped to increase IT delivery of projects, provided transparency into work, captured and reported on KPIs, and implemented a standard methodology project globally.

Greater Atlanta Area

I held various positions of increasing responsibility in the Global IT organization such as developer, lead developer, business analyst, project manager, operations manager, architect, program manager. My most recent position included managing a Global PMO program that supported new product development, defined long-term strategy for the solution, and led a team of 18 including managers that were responsible for development and support, resource planning, vendor relationship management, and managing a $5M budget.
