I began my professional career at Bollhoff Turkey in 2011 and worked as a purchasing and planning specialists until 2014. It was a great experience and increased my knowledge of fastener market, products and technical details. As I always seek new challenges and like to keep my work dynamic, I changed my department to sales and marketing. My first year in sales I sold twofold more than my designated target. In the following years, I achieved all sales targets that my managers set and I signed and managed relationships with large accounts including GE, Daikin and Aselsan.I provided education and instruction about fastener technology to customers' engineering departments and our sales team. I mentored younger sales team members and am comfortable in leadership roles.Before I left, I began selling to foreign accounts and I have managed some projects in Czechia and Poland. I joined auctions and tried to sign with two companies for global service Wittur and Daikin.
