Eager to apply my skills and knowledge to develop innovative instructional materials and courses.Why am I interested in instructional design? While I enjoyed the people-oriented role of teaching, I’ve always been drawn to the technology aspects of course creation.I have created many pieces of content for elearning and face to face teaching, but my favorite was when I created an entire self-paced course involving videos, digital presentations, and website creation. As a teacher, I have gained numerous skills that translate to instructional design. Some of them being communication, problem solving and adaptability, instructional skills like creativity and collaboration, as well as emotional intelligence and leadership.
