I graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications and Multimedia in 2018. Since then, I have been working as a Credentialing Analyst at UPMC Health Plan, where I verify and maintain the credentials of health care providers. I have also developed strong communication and Adobe skills, which I use to create and edit documents, reports, and presentation.Before joining UPMC Health Plan, I worked as an Account Manager at Greater Pittsburgh Specialty Advertising for a year, where I managed and serviced a diverse range of customer accounts. I engaged directly with customers in tailoring individual solutions and ensuring their needs were met with specific products and services. I also contributed to the creation and management of a database of current and new products and costs, and implemented pricing guidelines for customers and contractors. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can leverage my creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results. I value teamwork and collaboration, and I seek to learn from others and share my perspectives and experiences. I am passionate about graphic communications and multimedia, and I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities.
